- Micro will maintain excellent customer relationship even after the commissioning by the way of rendering proper service & maintenance

- Micro never agree to do the Modifications in the Equipments Specifications with out the concurrence of the Consultant

- Micro will take care of Marking all the service points at the site as per the requirement and will ensure the work completed as per the marking
- Any Small Changes in the equipments as per the site condition if necessary Micro will agree to do the same without any additional charges but with the concurrence of the Consultant
- Once the PO is placed on Micro, then Micro take the responsibility of the Kitchen from that condition to commission
- Micro will coordinate with your Caterer for servicing of the Equipments
- Micro will Educate the caterer about the Do’s & Don’t of The equipments
- Micro Will keep some important Spares at your stores for any emergency
- Micro will Engage One Technician for 3 Months Exclusively to attend the Service Calls
- Catering Qualified Personnel are Working in Micro
